Joffrey joined BIGbox almost two years ago, without having any working experience in the food industry. Now, he has developed a lot of networking contacts with people in the industry, especially suppliers and vendors.
“There are so many things to learn here, especially about groceries chain and latest food products in the market. The industry is really booming and because of that, I have to keep up with the pace. New food brands are mushrooming, more customers are shifting into online grocery shopping, so I have to make sure all orders are processed accordingly.”
Joffrey manages new customer orders, handling customer inquiry, even identifies issue with pending orders.
“We are getting more and more orders daily. So, I have to handle all new order efficiently to ensure our customers received their “big box” within the allocated time, in good condition.
However, some days we do encounter problems, especially in regards to shipping delays or incomplete order. So, me and my team, we always strive and dedicate our effort to handle all problems efficiently to make our customers happy.
Being part of BIGbox team, it certainly gives him a competitive edge. Joffrey is looking forward to explore more in regards to food and e-commerce industry.
